I cannot praise Besroi enough for their prompt and professional attention to our office building damage after the December 2022 blizzard! Everyone from Jessica, who handled our initial call and scheduling, to the workmen who promptly came, identified the issues and resolved them, were amazing. Had Besroi not been so prompt with the process our damage would have been much more extensive and expensive to repair.
We can’t say enough good things about Besroi. Scott was great to deal with and always took the time to answer any questions we had. This was storm damage from the blizzard and Brian dealt with the insurance company often which helped with getting funds for the claim. We had a complete tear off, rafter replacement, new roof, soffit, fascia and gutters. The soffit was meticulously installed, with great angles cut with clean lines. The crew were great, they cleaned up everything daily and got the job completed earlier than they had told us when the job started. Highly recommended!
When searching for roofing contractors Besroi stood out from the rest. Our project needs consisted of finding a contractor to provide new roofs for our (18) buildings, (92) unit condo community. From Brian in the field helping to educate our HOA board, to Jess in their office assisting with the paperwork and logistics, everyone was extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to educate us on the best shingles and skylights for our location, they explained timelines and handled all the communication with the affected residents. We had major roof damage from last years brutal November (and subsequent), snow/wind events. From the estimate to the roof completion, Besroi was the utmost professional roofing company. Our Sales Rep was Todd Szarpa and he really went the EXTRA mile. He did a really thorough estimate initially, and then he took the extra time to deal with our insurance company, through this entire process. Jess Hoinski was in constant communication with us, answering all our questions, and scheduling our roof installation. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned-up meticulously. Besroi roofing and siding is one of the best and most reliable companies in the area. Very prompt to show up when called for an issue and just as prompt on getting the issue/issues fixed as soon as possible. Everyone who works there is very experienced in a broad variety of of trades as well as very respectful. I highly recommend them as the company to call if you have any issues with roofing, siding, windows, doors, trim, gutters or even something as silly as replacing a vent cap that blew off in a wind storm. They're great both in the office and in the field!
We hired Besroi to do the siding on the front of our house. We had one issue with something they had done and they came back and corrected it, the following week. Overall they were pleasant to work with, and the gutter crew who came out was really top notch - friendly, kept up informed, etc. The work they did was high quality and we have already called them back for an estimate on another project since we appreciated the quality of the work and the good service when something went wrong.
Our new roof a beautiful!! This company took the time to come inside with my two busy toddlers and explain the types of roofs and the process. They are always in contact and keep us in loop. Brian has gone out of his way to speak with our insurance to straighten out questions. The crew came and they were so fast stripping and replacing the entire roof. They are patiently working with us on payment. I am so proud to have such a nice home improvement that we kept their sign out for forever.
